1. You must have your credit card with you to register on the app.
2. Registered mobile number
3. The OneCard App must be installed on your smartphone.

How to block OneCard Credit Card – Step by Step guide

1. Open the One Card App on your smartphone.
2. Login with fingerprint authentication or Login PIN.
3. Now, from the Home page, select CARD option.
4. At the bottom of the page, click on “View All COntrols” option.
5. Now, from the new page, toggle OFF the OneCard Status.
6. From the new page, select the reason why you want to block the OneCard credit card. Press the “Confirm” button to save the reason.
7. Now, confirm the blocking of the card by tapping on the “Lock” button from the next screen.

Done! your Onecard is now blocked. No one can use your OneCard credit card unless you turn it ON again.

How to activate OneCard credit card?

You can enable your card again by just a toggle. Just go to the cards option in the app and turn ON the status.

1. Open the One Card App on your smartphone.
2. Login with fingerprint authentication or Login PIN.
3. Now, from the Home page, select CARD option.
4. At the bottom of the page, click on “View All Controls” option.
5. Now, from the new page, toggle ON the OneCard Status.
6. Your card is now enabled and you can use it as usual.

Turn Off international transactions on OneCard credit card

Sometimes you may want to just turn off international transactions as such transactions won’t require OTP verification. Here’s how to do it –

1. Go to the Cards section on the app.
2. Tap on the “International Usage” option from the page.
3. Then select the “Deactivate” button to turn off international transactions.
