1. Open the TVS credit Website on your computer/smartphone – https://www.tvscredit.com/.
2. From the homepage, click on the “Pay Online” option.
3. A new window will open in the browser. Enter your Loan Number (Agreement No) in the given field.
4. If you don’t have Agreement No, enter your registered mobile number in the given field. (This is the number you gave while taking the TVS credit loan).
5. Once you have entered the details correctly, click on the “FETCH” button.
6. The website will verify the details you enter, and if it is correct, you can view the customer name, dob, mobile number, etc. You can verify that the details are correct.
7. On the same page, you can now view the Total Amount Due. Click on the “SUBMIT” button to start the payment process.
8. Select the Payment method as Debit Card or Net Banking on the new page. ( You cannot use your credit card to make TVS credit online payment)
9. Enter the payment credentials and verify the payment.
10. Once the transaction is successful, you can view the transaction status as “Txn Success“.
11. You can note down the transaction ID for future reference.
