There are two methods available to enable online transactions on BoB credit card –

2. Through BoB Financial Website

Method 1 – How to enable Online transaction in BoB Credit card using BoB Cards App

1. Download and register on BoB Cards Mobile App on your Android/iPhone mobile.
2. Login using 4-digit MPIN or fingerprint authentication.
3. From the main dashboard, tap on ‘Card Usage and Limits‘ option.
4. From the screen, enable Online Payments, merchant Outlets. You can also enable ‘Tap and Pay‘ option to use RFID facility on your card.
5. On the same scree, you can also set the transaction limit for each channel you enable. This limit will act as per transaction limit on your card.
6. Tap on ‘Submit‘ button to save the changes.
7. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and tap on the ‘Verify OTP‘ button.

Your BoB Credit card is now enabled for online and PoS transactions.

Method 2- How to enable BoB Credit card Online Transactions through Website

1. Open the BoB Financial website on your computer/smartphone browser – https://www.bobfinancial.com/
2. Click on the LOGIN button from the page.
3. Enter your Username and CAPTCHA code correctly. Then click on the SUBMIT button.
4. On the new page, enter your Password and also confirm your message.
5. Once logged in to your account, click on the Requests option from the main menu.
6. Now, on the new page, click on the ‘Card Limit Management‘ option.
7. On the new page, you can now enable the ‘Domestic Limit‘ and ‘E-Com Transaction Limit‘ options.
8. Now, you can also set limits for each mode of the transaction by entering the amount.
9. Click on the SUBMIT button to save the changes.
