2. Click on the “Forgot Login ID” option from the page.
3. Click on PROCEED button after reading the instructions mentioned in the pop-up window.
4. On the new page, select verification method as debit card/credit card/loan account, etc. (We have selected credit card.)
5. If you have selected Credit card, enter – card number, Date of Birth, and Card Expiry Date.
