Method 1 – Change Amex Credit Card PIN through Amex Portal

From your mobile or computer, you can change pin easily.

1. Open American Express Website on your computer/smartphone browser – https://www.americanexpress.com/en-in/
2. Click on Login button.
3. Enter your UserID and Password.
4. On the next page, select the Two-Step Authentication method. Select from Mobile number or Email ID.
5. Enter the OTP received on your mobile or email ID and click on Continue button.
6. On the homepage, click on ‘Account Management‘ option from main menu.
7. On the new page, under Card management section, click on ‘Change PIN‘ option.
8. Now, enter the 4-digit Security Number printed on the card and click on Continue button.
9. Next, you need to enter Old PIN, if you forgot the old PIN, click on ‘Forgot PIN‘ option.
10. On the new page, you can view your old PIN by clicking on ‘Show PIN‘ button.
11. If you want to change PIN, click on ‘Change PIN‘ button.
12. Now enter your old PIN and New PIN. Again enter your new PIN to confirm and press Continue button.

2. Enter the User ID and Password and press LOGIN button.
3. Now select the two-step authentication method.
4. Enter the OTP received on your email or mobile.

6. From the homepage, tap on ‘Account‘ option from the bottom menu.
7. On the new page, select ‘Manage Card PIN‘ option.
8. Tap on ‘Change PIN‘ option.
9. Next, enter the 4-Digit Security PIN printed on the card and press Continue button.
10. On the new screen, enter your Old PIN first then enter the new 4-digit PIN of your choice. Again enter the New PIN for verification.
