2. Click on the Login button.
3. On the new page, click on ‘Forgot User ID or Password?‘ option.
4. On the new screen, enter your ‘User ID‘ and press Continue button.
5. Now, enter the 15-digit card number and 4-digit security number of your choice.
6. On the next screen, enter the 3-digit Caes Security Code (CSC) printed on the back side of the card.
7. Next, select verification method from – OTP on Mobile, OTP on Email, or OTP via Voice Call.
8. Enter the OTP received to you in the given field and press Continue button.
9. Now, you can create new password. Again enter the password for verification.

1. Minimum of 8 characters
2. Maximum of 256 characters
3. Your password can be any combination of letters, numbers, or symbols

   • It may contain spaces
