3. Select the OTP verification method – SMS or Email.
4. Enter the OTP received on your SMS or Email.
5. From the main homepage, click on ‘Account Management‘ option from the main menu.
6. Now scroll the page down, and find the Address section.
7. You can see your old address here.
8. In this section, you can see the Amex Email ID and the instructions to send the Address proof on this email ID.
