2. Login using PIN or fingerprint authentication.
3. From the main page, scroll down the page and then click on ‘Card PIN Generation‘.
4. Enter the NEW PIN on the page.
5. Again enter the same PIN for verification.
6.  Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
7. Your PIN is now changed.

Method 2 – How to change BoB Credit card PIN from Website?

1. Open BoB financials website on your smartphone or computer browser. – https://www.bobfinancial.com/
2. Click on Login button.
3. Enter your ‘Username‘ and CAPTCHA code first.
4. Then, enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
5. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to verify your identity.
6. Now, from the main menu, click on ‘Requests‘ option.
7. Then from the left menu, click on ‘Regenerate PIN‘ option.
8. Now, you can select your credit card from drop-down list and accept terms and condition.
9. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP on the screen and click on Submit button.
10. You can now enter your NEW PIN which should be 4 digits.
11. Re-enter the same PIN to confirm

Your PIN is now set.
