  13. Hi guys. You won’t get the option ‘Generate Transaction Password’ on the latest version site of the net banking. Before logging into the net banking, if you notice just beside the log in text, you will see “Switch to Lite version”, click on that and log in, after logging in, click on the Setting Icon beside the log out button. You will get the Generate Transaction Password in the setting icon option.

  25. same issue with me. I don’t know why banker is not looking into this issue even after these many complaints. we can’t go to the branch and ask for the solution as we are in lockdown.

  27. You cannot change the transaction password if you don’t have a debit card. Please visit the branch to reset the transaction password.
