  2. Using Mobile App

Method 1 – How to enable online transaction in IDFC credit card through Net Banking?

Follow these steps –

  1. Open IDFC netbanking website on your computer/smartphone browser – https://my.idfcfirstbank.com/login
  2. Login to the account by entering registered mobile number and Password.
  3. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
  4. On the main dashboard, click on HAVE option from main menu.
  5. Now, click on CARDS option.
  6. Click on Credit Card option and then select your credit card.
  7. Now, from the new page, select ‘Card Controls’ option.
  8. Then turn on Online, POS and Contactless transactions as required.
  9. You can also set daily limit for each channel individually.
  10. Press Save changes button.
  11. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number.
  12. Enter the OTP and click on Save button.

Method 2 – How to enable online transactions in IDFC credit card using Mobile App?

  1. Open IDFC Mobile app on your smartphone.
  2. Login using MPIN or fingerprint authentication.
  3. On the main dashboard, tap on Accounts option from the bottom menu.
  4. Tap on Cards option.
  5. Now select your credit card.
  6. Scroll down the page and tap on ‘Manage‘ option at ‘Card Controls‘ option.
