RBL Bank provides Internet Banking facilities to its customers for easy access to all banking services. To log in to the RBL Internet Banking, you will need a User ID and Password set during RBL Internet Banking Registration. 1. Open the RBL Bank website on your computer or smartphone – https://www.rblbank.com.
2. Click on the LOGIN button.
3. On the new window, click on the Forgot User ID option.
4. Now, enter the CIF/PAN or Credit card, Debit card,or  Loan account number as per your preference.
5. In my case, I have selected Credit card option. Enter the Credit Card number, CVV and Expiry Date. Click on Submit button.
6. On the next screen, click on Generate OTP button.
7. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number. enter this OTP on the screen in the given box and click on the Continue button.
8. After successful verification, you will receive a User ID on your registered mobile number and also via email.

You have now recovered your RBL Bank User ID. You can now enter this user ID and password to log in to your account.
