  1. Download the IOB mPassbook App on your smartphone.

  5. Enter the 6-Digit PIN of your choice, Re-enter the same PIN, and click on the SUBMIT button.
  6. Now, on the popup window, the App will show that your registration process is completed.
  7. You can now log in to the App using a six-digit MPIN.
  8. Once you log in, the App will synchronize the Passbook entries of your account. This process will take 2-3 minutes, depending on your transactions. The same will be shown on the popup window.
  9. Once you go to the main dashboard, click on the A/c statement option from the menu.
  10. You can now see your account number.
  11. Enter the Email ID here, and select the duration of the statement one month, two months, or three months. Then select the PDF format for the statement.enter email id to receive iob statement

  13. To open this PDF statement, you will need a password. This password is a six-digit MPIN of your mPassbook app.

  1. Download IOB Nanban App on your smartphone.

  4. There is an option to download Annual Statement . However there is no link available to download the statement after it is generated. Sad to see that IOB does not bother to address customer concerns. Even the netbanking office team is not ready to answer these calls and just disconnect arbitrarily. Poorest customer satisfaction. This bank should learn from other banks like SBI, HDFC and Indus Ind Bank as to how to have the features that work

  8. To extract statement old statement from IOB bank.In Accounts -> Accounts statement1) Select account no, select from date and to date for required period (last one year) and then click Annual statement button.It takes sometime for system to gather.
    2) After sometime (around15 minutes), using same option select first six month date and click View button. Then download using Excel or PDF option available at bottom of list.
    3) Using same option select second six month date and download, like above mentioned.

    Note:
    In IOB internet banking,we can download only 6 months data, so split one year statement to six months and download.

  9. When I want to download the Annual statement, the system asked me to wait for 2 days. When I go back to download the statement, it says the statement is already generated and download it. I’m totally clueless to find where can I download the statement from.

    I really pity the IOB customers and I include myself, for banking with such a big bank with a poor web interface. The intuitiveness is zero percent.
