  1. Open HDFC net banking website on your computer –
  2. Login with HDFC Customer ID and password.
  3. Once you log in to your account, click on Cards option from the main menu.
  4. Now, under the Debit Cards option, click on Requests option from the left side menu.
  5. Now, click on the Instant PIN generation on instant pin generation1
  6. Now, select the Debit card of which you want to reset PIN and then enter the new four-digit PIN of your choice.
  7.  On the new page, click on the Confirm button.

  1. Download HDFC Mobile Banking App on your smartphone.
    Download HDFC Mobile App for Android
    Download HDFC Mobile App for iOS
  2. Log in to the app using Customer Id and netbanking password.
  3. Now, open the main menu by tapping of 3-line menu icon.
  4. Tap on the PAY option and then tap on the Cards cards option under pay menu
  5. You can now view all available cards. Select Debit card for which you want to reset ATM PIN.
  6. Now, tap on SET PIN option.tap on set pin option in hdfc app
  7. You can now enter the new four-digit PIN of your choice. Also, tick mark at the mobile number.tap on set pin option in hdfc app
  8. You will now receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter this OTP and click on Submit button.
  9. Once the OTP is verified, Your HDFC debit card PIN reset process completes.

  3. Select the Account option from the IVRS menu.

  8. Enter this OTP and validate your identity.
