How to change Email ID in HDFC Bank?

HDFC Bank don’t have an online facility to change email id. You need to fill-up the form and submit it to the branch to update email id in your account.

1. Open the HDFC netbanking website on your computer/smartphone – https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
2. Login using Customer ID/Username and Password.
3. From the main home page, click on the “Update Contact Details” option from the top right side corner of the page.
4. Now, click the “Download Email ID update form” option from the opened page.
5. Now, the form will open in the new window.
6. Take a printout of this form and fill the form with the required details.
7. Enter your new Email ID and the other details you want to change.
8. submit the duly filled form to the nearest HDFC branch.
9. Your email address will be changed within 7 working days.
