1. Download IDFC Bank App on your android or iOS smartphone. You must register on the app using your already registered mobile number.

2. Open the app on your smartphone and log in with the 4-digit login pin.
3. On the homepage, click on the Menu icon to open the left-side menu.

6. From the new page, select Mobile Number Change option.
7. Enter your mobile number here without country code(+91).
8. On the new page, enter your debit card number and ATM PIN, then tap on Confirm and get OTP button.
9. Now enter the OTP received on your old mobile number.
10. Your mobile number change request is now submitted, and your mobile number will get updated within 48 Hrs.

Once all the details are verified, your new mobile number will be linked to your account. This will take up to 24 hrs to take effect. After 1 day, you can register for UPI Apps and receive OTP, etc.

1. Open the IDFC Bank Internet banking website on your computer/smartphone – https://my.idfcfirstbank.com/login
2. Enter your Mobile number and Password. Click on the Login button to access your account.
3. From the main menu, click on the MORE option and then select Customer Service.
4. Click on the Login Settings option.
5. From the various service request options on the screen, click on the Mobile Number Change option.
6. Enter your new mobile number in the field and click on Proceed button.
7. On the new page, enter your debit card number and ATM PIN, then tap on Confirm and get OTP button.
8. Now enter the OTP received on your old mobile number.
9. Your mobile number change request is now submitted, and your mobile number will get updated within 48 Hrs.
