You can get CRN by sending an SMS from your registered mobile number in Kotak bank.

  1. Get your registered mobile number and open the messaging App from the launcher.
  2. Now type the following text and send it to the below number. Please note that the SMS is chargeable by your SIM service provider.
    Type – CRN and send it on 9971056767

Method 3 – How to get Kotak CRN Number using Kotak Mobile App

If you are already using a Kotak 811 Mobile App, you can easily get the CRN number without logging into the App.

Note that this method is only for ING Vysya migrated accounts.

  1. Open this website on your phone/computer – https://www.kotak.com/OPR/fpass/wbg/knowYourKtkCrn.jsp.
  2. Scroll down and enter your old Customer ID or existing CRN.get CRN number of Kotak bank
  3. Enter the CAPTCHA code and then click on the SUBMIT button to get your new CRN.
