  1. I did all of these and got all the same messages that you showed in your blog, I could access through internet banking and the mobile app, The debit card has been dispatched as well.
    I didn’t deposit any money until 72 hours, Then later I tried to send money to this account via internet banking/upi method, all the transactions got rejected stating the status of the newly created account as inactive. none made it through to this new icici bank account, all while I can see in account status in my internet banking as an active account.
    I checked again today on the tracking site and now it shows account can’t be opened in this location. please visit nearby branch. what’s the point of opening an online account if you still have to visit bank to open your account.
