  1. First of all, open the Kotak bank net banking website in the browser of your phone/computer. – https://netbanking.kotak.com/knb2/

  5. Now, from the left side menu, click on the Service Request Option and then from the drop-down menu, click on New Service Request.

  6. The new page with various services will display on your screen. Select Change of Home Branch Option from the list.

  7. On the new screen, you can select which accounts you want to transfer. If you have multiple accounts you can select the desired account from the list. If you wish to transfer all your accounts or full CRN then select the CRN option from the menu.

  8. On the same screen, your current branch and account number will be shown. Here, enter the new branch PIN code and press Enter.
  9. System will automatically find the new branch address and show you on the screen. Once you confirm the address, tick mark before I agree to statement and press the Submit Button.
  10. An OTP will be created and sent to your registered mobile number for verification. Enter this OTP on the screen and confirm the Kotak bank branch change request.
  11. Service Request number will be generated and will be shown on the screen for further reference. Please note this number to track your service request at any time.

  7. Select If you want to transfer all your accounts or a specific account.
  8. On the same screen, enter the New branch PIN code and hit enter.
