Method 2 – How to reset SBI profile password by Answering Hint Questions?

1. Open the SBI net banking website on your phone/computer. – onlinesbi.com
2. Enter your User ID, login password, and captcha to log in to your account.
3. Now, click on the Profile option on the home page and then select the My Profile option.
4. Now, you will be asked to enter the profile password. On this page, click on the forgot SBI profile password option.
   
5. You will now receive OTP on your registered mobile. Enter this OTP in the given box and click on the Submit button.
6. The three options are now shown on the screen. Click on Using Hint Question  Answer option.
   
7. Select the question you set during profile password creation and enter the correct answer.
8. Once you submit the form, you will be asked to log in again to Internet banking. Log in with your user ID and Password.

Method 4 – SBI Profile Password Reset via Bank Branch

You can also visit the branch to reset your SBI Profile password.

1. Open the SBI net banking website on your phone/computer. – onlinesbi.com
2. Enter your User ID, login password, and captcha to log in to your account.
3. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to log in to the account.
4. Now, click on the Profile option on the home page and then select My Profile.
5. Now, you will be asked to enter the profile password. On this page, click on the forgot SBI profile password option.
