How to deactivate Auto Debit in SBI credit card?

There are two methods available –

Method 1 – SBI credit card auto debit deactivation ONLINE

SBI Mobile app is now have a option to deactivate auto debit facility online

1. Open SBI Card App on your smartphone.
2. Enter your PIN or authenticate using fingerprint.
3. Tap on View Account details option.
4. Tap on Auto Debit option from the next screen.
5. You can now see the auto debit disable option.
6. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to verify.

Done! The auto debit deactivation on your SBI credit card is successful.

Method 2 – How to deactivate auto debit in SBI credit card offline?

This is the offline process, and you will need to fill up the form and send it to SBI office by courier to cancel auto debit facility.

1. First of all, download SBI auto debit deactivation form. (Link is provided in above section).
2. Take a print of this PDF file.
3. Also, write your full name, credit card number, and sbi account number.
4. At the end of the form, write your name and signature.
5. Fold this form and insert it into the envelope.
6. On the envelope, write the address –

   Block no-2, Building-3, DLF Cyber City

7. Also, in the “From field” write your name, address, and mobile number.
8. Now, go to the nearest courier service office and ask them if you want to send the envelope.
9. Complete the formalities asked, pay the required fees, and your envelope will be scheduled to send to a given address.
10. Based on the courier speed, your envelope will be received by the SBI office.
11. After verifying all the details mentioned in the letter, your Auto debit facility will be canceled.
12. You will receive communication about the cancellation of the Auto Debit facility on SBI credit card.
