3. Internet Banking User ID and Password OR Debit/Credit card details.

How to change MPIN in ICICI Mobile App?

1. Open iMobile Pay App on your smartphone.
2. On the login page, tap on the ‘Forgot MPIN‘ option.
3. Then, tap Yes to ‘reactivate your account’.
4. Now, App will get logged out, and you have to register on the app from the start.
5. Tap on the ‘Let’s Get Started‘ button to start the registration process.
6. On the next page, tap on the ‘Indian Resident‘ button.
7. On the next page, the app will verify your SIM. Select the SIM, which number is registered with the bank.
8. Wait till the verification process is completed.
9. On the next page, tap on the login method as 4 Digit PIN.
10. Now enter your NEW Four Digit MPIN.
11. From the next page, select the authentication method as Debit Card or Netbanking User id and password.
12. Enter the details required, and the app registration will be successful.

You can now enter the new PIN to log in to your account.
