1. 1. Open iMobile Pay App on your smartphone and log in with your MPIN or Biometric authentication.

   3. Now, click on ‘Card PIN Services‘ option from the menu.
   4. Then click on ‘Debit Card PIN Generation‘ option.
   5. From the new page, select your account number and the debit card number from the drop-down list. Also, enter the CVV number of the card and a four-digit NEW ATM PIN.
   6. Re-Enter the new PIN to confirm its correctness and then tap on SUBMIT button.
   7. On the new page, You have to enter the Numbers. You will get these numbers printed on the backside of your debit card.
   8. Press Submit button, and you will now receive OTP on your registered mobile number.

Method 2 – How to change ICICI debit Card PIN through Net Banking?

1. Open ICICI net banking website on your smartphone/computer browser – https://www.icicibank.com/
2. Log in with your User Id and Password.
3. Once you successfully log in to your account, click on the ‘CARDS & LOANS‘ option from the main menu.
4. Then click on the ‘Debit Card‘ option from the sub-menu.
5. Now, click on the ‘Generate PIN‘ option.
6. On the new page, select your account and debit card number from the drop-down list.
7. You can now enter the CVV number of the card and click on ‘SUBMIT’ button.
8. Now, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP on the screen and click on SUBMIT button.
9. On the new page, You have to enter the Numbers. You will get these numbers printed on the backside of your debit card.
10. Once the GRID is verified, you can enter your new ICICI Debit card PIN containing four digits.
11. Confirm the New PIN and then click on the ‘GENERATE NOW‘ button.

Method 3 – How to generate ICICI debit card PIN by calling Customer Care?

1. From your registered mobile number, call to icici customer care number – 18601207777
2. From the IVRS menu, select the ‘Banking Account‘ option.
3. Next, select ‘Generate Debit Card PIN.‘
4. Now you will be asked to enter the CVV of your debit card and then the Date of birth in DDMMYYYY.
5. On the next step, you can now enter the New four-digit PIN.

Method 4 – How to change ICICI Debit card PIN through ATM?

1. Go to the nearest ICICI ATM.
2. Insert your ICICI debit card and select ‘Generate PIN‘ option.
3. Now, select ‘Generate OTP‘ option from the screen.
4. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
5. On the ATM screen, select ‘Already have an OTP‘ option.
6. Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
